Data Processing Agreement
The DPA that governs how Kausmos processes wedding-guest data on behalf of a planner is currently being drafted with counsel. When it lands, it will cover the roles (Kausmos as processor, the planner as controller), the categories of data processed, the sub-processors involved, the retention periods, and the security measures in place.
