Privacy Policy
Draft — full policy coming soon during our early access period. In plain English: we store the data you put into your account (planner profile, your weddings, guest lists you upload) so the platform can do its job. Passwords are hashed with scrypt; sessions are signed cookies. We never sell your data.
Your wedding-side data is scoped to your account. Other planners cannot read it; the only people with access are you, the couples and vendors you give credentials to, and Kausmos platform support, who may access your wedding data on a read-only basis to diagnose technical issues, with all such access logged. Production database and file storage are hosted in Sydney, Australia (Supabase on AWS ap-southeast-2). We use Resend for transactional email and (optionally) Vercel Analytics for aggregate page metrics — no personally-identifying tracking.
You can request a full export or deletion of your account and all associated wedding data at any time by emailing support@kausmos.com. We'll action it within 7 days.
A complete, lawyer-reviewed Privacy Policy will replace this placeholder before general availability.
